TEK Precision machines profile features on multi-axis milling centres, with profile verification performed on a Brown and Sharpe CMM Model 7.6.3 Excel and on a J&L optical comparator with 16-inch screen at 0 to 50 power. Bearing and bushing bores are honed to size and verified with Sunnen dial bore gauges, with press operations performed on Sunnen hydraulic presses rated to 10,000 pounds. Where the component carries a threaded interface, inspection is performed under the Johnson thread gaging system with safety-critical capability.
