TEK Precision operates on a foundation of Lean principles  and Deming-based continuous improvement  — applied across precision machining, hydraulic testing, structural bonding in our [environmentally controlled bonding facility](/facilities), temper etch inspection, and mechanical inspection and testing.

Our business process integrates quality planning, machine capability analysis, JIT manufacturing, pull systems, and real-time corrective action at every stage from order entry through final delivery.

The essence of our organization lies within our ability to synthesize the effects of a continuous improvement business philosophy with a knowledge-based management system — to ultimately provide our customers with the levels of performance excellence needed to support today's dynamic business climate.

### Inspection Training

-   Flight safety part inspection certification 
-   CMM and optical metrology proficiency 
-   First-article inspection per AS9102 
-   Statistical process control (SPC)
