Facility
TEK Precision operates from a 21,000 square foot facility in Deer Park, New York, with 13,100 square feet of production floor and a 1,200 square foot inspection area. These images show the layout where precision machining, bonding, assembly and inspection take place. The facility supports controlled workflows that maintain traceability from raw material to finished flight-critical component.

Parts
These photographs show precision-machined components produced for defense and commercial aerospace programs. Parts are manufactured from aluminium, titanium, Inconel and stainless steel to meet tight tolerances and full material certification. Every component reflects the process control applied to flight safety-critical hardware across TEK Precision's customer base.

Bonding
The Sikorsky-certified bonding room is approved to SS8669 for all classes of structural adhesive bonding. The space is environmentally controlled for temperature and humidity, and certified technicians perform bonding using processes developed for flight-critical aerospace assemblies. These images document the controlled conditions required for reliable structural bonds.

Inspection
Quality inspection at TEK Precision includes Brown & Sharpe coordinate measuring machines, Wilson hardness testers and lab-grade surface plates. Measurement equipment is supported by NIST-traceable calibration, and every new part undergoes 100% first-article inspection before release. These images show the inspection stations where dimensional and material verification is performed.

Flight Safety Parts
These images show life-limited and flight safety-critical components produced under full traceability. Every lot is tracked from raw material through final inspection, with documentation supporting the flight-safety requirements of rotorcraft and fixed-wing platforms. The components represent work TEK Precision supplies to military and commercial aerospace customers.

Hydraulic Assemblies
TEK Precision produces hydraulic actuators, valves and manifolds for aerospace applications. Each assembly is tested in-house to 10,000 PSI proof pressure with automatic cycling, confirming performance before release. These photographs show the machined housings, spools, linkages and finished assemblies that make up the hydraulic product line.

Mechanical Assemblies
These images document transmission components, flight control linkages and structural hardware produced for aerospace programs. Mechanical assemblies are built from precision-machined parts, bearings, bushings and hardware, with full traceability maintained throughout the process. The photographs show both individual components and assembled subassemblies ready for customer shipment.
