These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of tekprecision.com (the "Site") operated by TEK Precision Co., Ltd. ("TEK Precision," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, submitting a contact form, or otherwise interacting with us through the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

6. Export Controls (ITAR/EAR)
You acknowledge that products, technical data, and services referenced on the Site may be subject to U.S. export control laws, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). You agree not to transmit controlled technical data through the Site or unencrypted email, and to comply with all applicable export and re-export restrictions.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEK PRECISION AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TEK Precision from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
11. Governing Law; Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
