TEK Precision manufactures this component as a build-to-print part, produced to the customer's exact drawing under an independently audited quality management system. Manufacturing capability spans multi-axis CNC milling and turning, cylindrical and surface grinding, honing and lapping, performed across a 21,000 square foot facility in Deer Park, New York with 13,100 square feet of production floor.
Inspection is performed in a dedicated 1,200 square foot inspection area equipped with a Brown and Sharpe CMM Model 7.6.3 Excel, Wilson hardness testers, lab-grade surface plates and a complete Johnson thread gaging system. All measuring and test equipment is calibrated on a documented schedule traceable to NIST.
The quality organisation holds independent inspection authority and reports directly to leadership, with 100% first-article inspection on new part numbers and full traceability maintained from order entry through final delivery.
